资本和金融板块是中国石化的主营业务之一,成立资本公司目的就是通过财务投资发现战略投资机会,向发展新能源、新材料、节能环保、智能制造等领域聚焦,为公司培育发展新动能,打造发展新引擎。

资本公司注册在雄安,将融入雄安、扎根雄安、奉献雄安,努力把中国石化资本公司打造成为雄安新区的示范企业。   雄安新区管委会相关负责人表示,雄安新区将积极助力中国石化探索新的商业模式、新的金融业态,并与中国石化在多领域扩大合作,也希望更多企业投入这片创新创业的热土。

  下一步,中国石化资本除直接投资外,还将发起设立具有明显市场化特征的基金,包括科技创新基金、新兴产业基金和混合所有制改革引导基金,并推动部分非主营业务通过混合所有制改革提质增效发展。 (记者郭东)。
